HAMPTON PARTNERS (Hampton) has evolved into a private capital investment firm focusing predominantly on real estate projects. Hampton presently owns and manages investments valued at more than $100,000,000. With over thirty years of experience structuring and managing investments, Hampton has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to consummate transactions due to its successful strategy of partnering with accomplished developers and investors.
In the past two years, Hampton Partners has focused on acquiring distressed commercial opportunities from lenders by first solving real estate issues and then exchanging favorable financing terms for a slightly higher purchase price. Two buildings in Lowry (100 Spruce Street & 8140 E. 5th Avenue) were acquired on this basis. Most recently, a retail shopping center located in Westminster (2721 & 2821-2851 West 120th Avenue) was purchased from a CMBS servicer. Additionally, Hampton Partners is pursuing multifamily development opportunities in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo.
