The surrounding area went through dramatic changes over the course of Hampton’s ownership of Riverfront, as the entire Union Station & Riverfront Park neighborhoods were built up around it. After stabilizing and demising portions of the property, Hampton Partners sold Riverfront Shops in December of 2022.

Durango Town Center

Durango Town Center is a 41,877 sf, Walmart anchored retail center located just minutes from downtown Durango. Hampton Partners purchased the center in June of 2014 along with Alpha West Investments.

Country Club Village

Located in Westminster, Colorado, Country Club Village was purchased in May of 2012. At the time of purchase the property was only 60% leased. At the time of sale in the Fall of 2019, the property was 100% leased.
